Green Card Applications
There are several paths you can take to reach the adjustment of status stage, including family/marriage based petitions, employer petitions, or humanitarian status. Regardless of which path you’ve taken, our family at Pray Law is ready to take you and your family to the next stage in the process.
Naturalization
Naturalization is the last to obtain U.S. Citizenship. This step requires a timely and accurate filing to ensure that there are no delays. At Pray Law, we not only prepare N-400 applications, but we also prepare and accompany our clients to their N-400 interviews.
Interview Preparation and Representation
Interviewing at USCIS for a Green card, Naturalization application, or a marriage petition can be tricky. USCIS officers can be intimidating and can ask questions outside the scope of the interview.
