Employment-based Green cards

Employment-based Green card filings provide you with the opportunity to live and work permanently in the U.S. if you have been offered permanent employment by a U.S. employer or qualify for a self-petition.

Athletes, Artist, and Entertainers

P visas are temporary employment visas for athletes, artists, and entertainers. This visa allows you to enter the U.S. in order to compete, perform or entertain. Applicants must have international recognition, perform under a reciprocal exchange program, or perform under a cultural unique program.

Temporary Workers

H-1B and O-1 visas allow individuals to live and work in the U.S. H-1B visas are for speciality occupations that require at least a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent. O-1s, on the other hand, are for individuals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, education, business, athletics, arts, motion pictures or television industry. Both visas are virtues, as U.S. laws provide avenues for legal permanent resident status and citizenship with these visas.

Students

F-1 visas allow international students to legally study in the U.S. and potentially extend their stays even after graduating.
